The Town of Lake Waccamaw Public Works Department is monitoring the mosquito situation and are spraying as necessary, weather permitting. If there are residents that prefer the Public Works Department not to spray near their house, residents should notify Town Hall.

Mosquito control starts at home. Talk to your neighbors about eliminating all water-holding containers. We can all work together to control the Asian Tiger mosquito which will make a difference in the Town of Lake Waccamaw and protect our way of life.
