If you'd like to become a food truck vendor, please complete our vendor application below.

Application Deadline: April 17th, 2023

Food Vendor / Food Truck Fee: $290 (Late enrollment fee of $75 applied after April 17th)

Food Vendor / Food Truck Promo: $175 (Applicable April 1st - 7th)

Please Note: We will do our best to limit duplicate menu items offer at Gator Festival; however, we rely on your applications to do this - so it is important that you give us detailed information on your application.


Food Vendor Rules + Requirements:

1. You MUST provide a working email address. This is how Gator Festival staff will communicate event information with you.


2. All food vendors must have a Food Vendor Permit.  If you do not have one, you can get a Temporary Food Vendor Permit ($75) here.


3. All food vendors must be self-contained. 


5. All vendors must be set up by 10 a.m., unless otherwise noted. 


6. Venders must agree to leave the area free from trash and any other items when they leave.


7. The use of audio amplification equipment is prohibited in the vendor areas. 


8. All vendors are expected conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with Gator Festival guests, fellow vendors and Gator Festival staff. 


9. Aggressive and inappropriate conduct and/or contact with Gator Festival guests, staff or volunteers will be addressed by Gator Festival hosts, if necessary. Vendors failing to modify their conduct or behavior will be asked to shut down booth operations and may return at the end of Gator Festival to pack their belongings. 

10. The Gator Festival hosts reserve the right to approve or disapprove any application, as well as the right to bar vendors from exhibiting poor conduct and/or unsafe practices from participating in future events.

Fees and Refund Policy:

  • Vendor fess are due within five (5) business days of acceptance as a vendor.

  • Payment by check or credit is due no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 24th, 2023.

  • In the event that Gator Festival is cancelled due to inclement weather, your money will be refunded and/or checks will be mailed back to you.

  • Refunds will not be issued to vendors who cancel after April 24th, 2023.

  • Refunds will not be issued to vendors who do not show up on the day of the event.

  • If your vending area is not completely cleaned at your departure, you will be asked to pay a deposit prior to participating in any future Gator Festival events. 

Checking "I agree" on the vendor application signifies that you have read, understand and agree to the terms above.

*Payment may be made online or at the LKW Town Hall, 205 Flemington Dr. or mailed to P.O. Box 145 Lake Waccamaw, NC 28450. Checks should be made payable to the Town of Lake Waccamaw with Gator Festival Run noted in the memo.
